The clincher for us was that we really struggled finding a new home in Seattle.  After we fired our second realtor there, we asked you for help. You interviewed realtors for us and selected one that was proper for us. With her, we found a house in two days and closed in time to keep our schedule.

My wife met Elaine when she was casually browsing open houses. We were expecting our 3rd "surprise" child and needed to move quickly.
