Rancho Santa Margarita is one of Orange Counties newest communities. It is located west of Mission Viejo up in the foothills of the Santa Ana mountains. It is surrounded by the mountains and hills and almost everyone in the community has a mountain view. The homes in this area are also relatively new, most of them being built since 1990. There are many things to enjoy including the Rancho Santa Margarita Lake and beach club as well as the Tijeras Creek Golf Club. RSM also includes the exclusive gated communities of Dove Canyon and Coto De Caza.
