Foothill Ranch Community Information

Foothill Ranch is a very nice community that is nestled up against the foothills of the Santa Ana mountains.  They have living spaces all the way from 1 bedroom condos to 3,500 sq. ft. 5 bedroom homes.  They also boast a large shopping area including 40 or so stores as well as restaurants, a 22 screen movie theater and more.  Most of the homes are on the side of a hill so many enjoy great views of the city lights and sunsets.  Foothill Ranch is also the entrance to the Whiting Ranch Regional Park that is great for hiking, mountain biking and enjoying nature.  Foothill Ranch is now part of the city of Lake Forest and they enjoy an elementary school, parks and a Public Library.   Access to the rest of Orange County or LA is available through the 241 toll road that runs by just south of the community.  There are also El Toro Road, Lake Forest Road and Bake Parkway to get you down to the 5 or 405 Freeways.
